It definitely would have been more appropriate. Getting stung on the top of your head sounds mighty painful! It's true that you kind of need to enjoy shopping to some extent to actually go thrift store shopping. Then again, it's a whole different experience because it is full of laughs and fun even if you don't find a thing. @Rory I look forward to reading yours whenever (or if) you write them. Even though reading that book in 4th grade was a definite failure, I'm sure glad that I tried.
