Pretty Powerful Hoses
Tagged as: Sep 13Firefighters use some pretty powerful hoses. I know this. You know this. But this video that I just saw confirms it. Firehoses come in different sizes, and I would assume that they’re using numerous “Blitz line” (2 1/2 inch) or maybe even 3 inch hoses in order to do this. 10 of ‘em work the magic.

Yeah I thought so too! I mean, it was kind of slow to start off, and I was wondering if it would just go a little above the ground. But when I saw how high that went, I was amazed! And to think that they used those firehoses on people before!

Yeah I can’t imagine how they went about thinking of this. I wonder who drew the short straw and had to give up their car.

Yeah I definitely thought it was pretty cool to watch, but I’m not so sure it was the most useful thing in the world. Still I’m glad that someone tried it once and proved that it can work!
