		<description>As much as my mind flits all over the place normally, I generally only have one single thought the entire time whenever I try to run or jog: Is this almost over?  Maybe I should jog just to practice focusing!!!!  Kidding!  Seriously though congrats on the exercise plus whatever else you're getting out of it!</description>
