I agree with Ms.Q, at this moment in time there is no way I could spend hundreds of dollars on designer goods, but, if I ever won the lottery and would buy whatever my heart desired!!

I like your thought that people who buy fakes are trying even harder to please. I’d never thought about it this way and I think you’re right.

I go back and forth with respect to my feelings on paying hundreds or even thousands of dollars on something like a purse. It seems very frivolous. Then I think, well, if they can afford it and it gives them pleasure, who am I to judge?
